I have been hep c positive for over 4 years now (diagnosed just 4 years was advised that I have had it a very long time) when I was first diagnosed my enzyme count was "222 million" ~ which clinically put me in the liver cancer stage ~ under went the liver biopsy which revealed -0- scar tissue, which is indicative of a very healthy liver. The enzyme count was astronomical because I was taking pain pills & drinking. Since finding out I was hep c positive I quit drinking & quit the pain pills ~ they (the doctors) suggested the cocktail (inteferon & riboflavin) ~ I refused as seeing what it did to many others ~ I began researching "holistic" methods ~ began a regiment of "Fish Body Oils w/Omega 3 & Amino Acids, a multi Antioxidant vitamin, vit. c & "milk thistle" ~ it was suggested that I take these Mon - Fri & allowed my body to detox Sat. & Sun ~ in order for me "not" to build up an immune against their effectiveness ~ since diagnosed & taking my natural vitamins ~ being checked fairly regularly ~ for the past 3 years I have been "undetectable" ~ with "unremarkable" indication of hep c ~ in other words ~ I have a count of that of a very healthy normal person ~ the hep is undetectable in my blood stream. I believe moreso in the "natural" method of treatment rather than the traditional. I hope this offers insight & information for you.
