Looking for some information re: multiple granulomata in the lungs. Have had episodes of chest pain and in the process of ruling out cardiac illness, CT Scan has identified multiple granuloma's in my lungs. I am 34 years old. Anyone out there know anything about the significance of parenchymal granulomata???? I would really appreciate any thoughts.
