If you know the premium amount he paid, you can can get copies of those checks from banks and you will have the name of the carrier. Also you will have their bank account information on endorsement on the back of the check.

: My father became ill about 2 yrs. ago. The doctors pumped him so full of drugs he has now regressed back 20 yrs. He & my stepmother had burial policies. My stepmother passed away unexpectedly. My father can't remember the name of the company. My stepmother had mentioned it to me but I never paid it much mind. We have torn the house apart but cannot find anything on them. Is there any site or government office I can contact to see if we can locate the policies.
