Message: how long does an employer have befor they must pay the life
insurance? Mother died, daughter is the beneficiary to the life ins.
daughter is grown and has gaurdianship over minor sister now that mother
has passed..its been three months and employer has not followed through
with payment. what should grown daughter do? she has contacted
employer 6 times in two weeks.. getting the run around...HELP
